Live Chat and Support Tickets

We use Zendesk, a third party service, to provide customer support. Whenever you open a new support ticket or contact us using the live chat option, your name and email address are recorded to identify you and to respond to your request. Along with your name and email address, we may also ask you for proof of payment to identify you as a customer. Similar information is recorded by Zendesk when you send an email to [email protected]

Zendesk also may record your IP address and technical information such as the browser you use, for security purposes, if you use their website to submit a support ticket.

Through MailChimp, a third party service, we operate a email mailing list through which we publish announcements about product releases and security updates.
